A senior crew · open for new projects

Your engineering team for Web3, AI & SaaS. Audited, fixed-price, fully yours.

The senior team founders bring in when they don't have a technical co-founder. We ship token launches, DeFi protocols, AI agents, SaaS, and apps to production, audited before mainnet, on a fixed quote, with every repo, key, and line of code yours from day one.

OP TOKEN

Everything you need to ship on-chain.
Under one roof.

From smart contract to consumer UI, from tokenomics modeling to ongoing on-chain ops. End-to-end, audit-first, on the chains you'd expect, and a few you wouldn't.

Audit-first, never audit-later.

Every contract we ship goes through internal review, static analysis (Slither, Echidna), and an external audit pass before mainnet. We coordinate audits with firms you've heard of and we pay for the re-audit on every meaningful change.

Brief us on your Web3 project

Three practices that ride alongside.

Crypto is the headline. These three sit next to it, with the same team, same handover, same level of finish.

01 · AI Agents

Agents that finish the job.

Custom AI workers for work you'd rather not do twice. Workflow agents, support bots, multi-agent pipelines, voice and vision, RAG over your docs. Tool-calls, memory, audit trails, kill switch.

Workflow Multi-agent Voice + vision RAG
02 · SaaS Products

SaaS, idea to live users.

B2B and consumer products from sketch to paying users. Foundation work (auth, RBAC, billing, audit), vertical SaaS, marketplaces, internal tools, integrations.

Full-stack Vertical SaaS Marketplaces Multi-tenant
03 · Web + Mobile

Apps people actually use.

Web apps, mobile apps, marketing sites, dashboards. From Figma to App Store, Play Store, and production web. React, Next.js, React Native, Swift, Kotlin, whichever fits the brief.

Web apps iOS + Android React + Next.js Launch-ready

Built for the teams shipping on-chain and beyond.

Most briefs fall into one of these. If yours doesn't, we've probably still shipped something close.

DeFi protocols

AMMs, lending markets, staking, yield, and perps, audited before mainnet.

RWA & tokenization

Real estate, T-bills, and commodities on-chain, with custody and legal wrappers.

Token launches

Tokenomics, contracts, vesting, Merkle airdrops, and claim UI, mainnet to TGE.

NFT & gaming

Mints, royalties, dynamic NFTs, and custom marketplaces on ERC-721/1155 or Metaplex.

DAOs & governance

Voting, treasury management, and on-chain governance tooling teams actually use.

AI products

Workflow agents, RAG over private docs, and multi-agent pipelines with audit trails.

SaaS & marketplaces

Multi-tenant SaaS, billing, vertical tools, and marketplaces, type-safe end to end.

Early-stage startups

Founders without an in-house engineering team who need to ship and own the result.

From first email to launch.

Four-step process, identical whether you're shipping a token, a DeFi protocol, a SaaS product, an AI agent, or an app. Predictable from day one.

01 · INTRO

You tell us what's broken

30-minute call. You walk us through the problem and we ask annoying questions until we understand it.

~ day 1
02 · SCOPE

We send a real plan

A concrete scope, locked deliverables, and a real timeline. No vague retainers, no scope-creep traps.

~ day 3 to 5
03 · BUILD

We ship in weekly cuts

Every Friday you get a working build to click around in. No 90-day silence, no big-bang demos.

weeks 2 to N
04 · HANDOFF

You own everything

Repos, deploy keys, docs, even the Linear board. Want us to keep it running? Optional retainer.

launch day

Three ways to work together.

Most projects fit into one of these. Not sure which? Send a brief and we'll suggest the shape that fits your scope and budget.

01 · Sprint

Focused 2-week sprint

2 weeks Time-boxed

A focused, time-boxed engagement to ship a single piece. Prototypes, MVPs, or a feature your team can't get to.

  • One project, one builder
  • 2× Friday demo cuts
  • Production deploy + handoff
  • Fixed scope, no surprises

Ongoing Rolling

A team that ships with you. Best for founders without an engineering co-founder, or protocols that need a senior pair on tap.

  • Dedicated builder + designer
  • Roadmap + sprint planning
  • Async-first, daily updates
  • Rolling engagement, exit anytime
Talk to us

Things people ask first.

What audit firms do you work with?
We coordinate audits with firms appropriate to the budget and risk profile, from Trail of Bits / OpenZeppelin / Spearbit at the top end, down to boutique reviewers like Pashov, yAudit, and Cyfrin Codehawks contests. We run Slither, Echidna, and internal review passes before we hand anything over for external audit. We also include a re-audit budget for every meaningful change.
What chains have you actually shipped on?
EVM L1 + L2s (Ethereum, Base, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, Avalanche), Solana, Cosmos SDK chains, BTC L2s (Stacks, Rootstock), and we've prototyped on Aptos, Sui, and Starknet. If your chain isn't on the list, ask anyway. The languages are similar and the muscles transfer.
How do you handle multisigs, custody, and key handover?
We never hold long-term custody of your funds. Multisigs are set up on Safe (EVM) or Squads (Solana) with you as the primary signer from day one. We're a signer only during the build, and we rotate out at handover. Deploy keys, owner roles, and ops keys are documented and transferred. We also script the rotation so it's auditable.
Do you help with tokenomics, or just the contracts?
Both. We model the curve (supply, vesting cliff + linear, emissions, fee splits), pressure-test it against early-buyer / team / treasury scenarios, and translate it into contracts and a vesting UI. We're not advisors (we won't tell you the "right" allocations), but we'll build whichever model you commit to and stress-test it before TGE.
Who owns the code, contracts, and keys?
You. Repos, deploy keys, multisig roles, owner addresses, third-party accounts, docs, design files: everything transfers on day one and stays with you. No proprietary lock-in, no exit conditions.
